Lull Telehandlers
Since 1959, Lull has been producing telehandlers. Their equipment have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This particular system provides much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer various optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish your requirements, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. When both precision and accuracy are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
To be able to make rough terrain forklifts as functional as possible, numerous attachments have been engineered and made like winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to place materials more accurately. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New attachments and products are being designed and developed all the time and will be available in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for instance, load-reach management devices can automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to determine the weight of the load. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory will compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
